Comlongon Castle is proud to be involved in a new local charity;

Three wheel Scotland 

 In 2009 local Building contractor Joe Boyle formed a new charity to help sick children with the idea of driving around scotland in various three wheeled vehicles, raising money through sponsorship and donations along the epic 700 mile 4 day event.

 Various three wheeled vehicles were purchased from the internet and a small band of volunteers set of in July 2009 in some of the worst summer weather seen for years.

 Starting from the lawns of the Castle, camping along the way the journey was made via St. Andrews, Lossiemouth and Tyndrum, before returning to Comlongon.

 This event raised almost £13,000 for three childrens hospitals and Cash For Kids.

  During July 2010 Comlongon Castle will again be delighted to enter a three wheeled car to help in raising much needed funds for a very worthy cause.
