Video clay shooting - the safe and entertaining way to celebrate any party

We now have one of the very few indoor laser shooting systems in the country. Originally developed to train US Army and Law Enforcement personnel in firearms and weapons training, this state of the art equipment has only recently been declassified and released to the general public.

Projected onto a giant 8 foot by 8 foot screen via digital equipment this highly entertaining shooting gallery offers a wide variety of shooting and target games. Great fun for all ages, guests can enjoy indoor shooting whilst unwinding with drinks from the bar in complete safety. Equipment includes Shotgun, rifle or pistol with computer to collate scores and speeds of participants.

Difficulty ratings can be altered enabling younger members (or indeed granny) to compete on a level par. Safe, hilarious and hugely entertaining this is the perfect way to informally entertain your entire group.

For those parties that book two days with us to celebrate any occasion we can organise Clay shooting on the lawns in front of the Castle. Starting after lunch on the day of your arrival fully insured and qualified instructors will gather your party together for a gun safety talk before individually instructing each person on how to succesfully score hits.

Lasting for between two and three hours each guest will have up to 25 shots at clay targets in a competition to win a bottle of Champagne. This exhilerating event can only be booked if you take over the entire hotel. For safety reasons adults only can take part. Costs are £27 per person (2008) with a minimum number of 16 people.
