Welcome to Comlongon Castle for Castle Weddings in Scotland.
PRO-FORMA

Romantic wedding ceremonies at our medieval castle

At this stage it is still possible to alter or amend any arrangements. This bill is intended as a last chance to revise arrangements before confirmation. Once details are accepted payment should be dispatched to the castle by cheque. After this payment is received any cancellation or alteration will result in cancellation charges being levied. (The final number of guests attending the banquet will need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival- otherwise without prior notice clients will be charged the agreed amount on the pro-forma invoice).

Although all rooms will be itemised and totalled for prior settlement, in our experience we have found that if guests are to settle their own room accounts individually, it is often too complicated for the Bride and Groom to collect 13 room costs from their guests. If on the day guests would prefer to settle their own accounts, these charges can be left out of the pro-forma payment. Please inform the castle if this is the case and bills on the day will be issued to guests' rooms individually. (The breakdown of the room deposits previously paid will be deducted from the Bride and Grooms bill if they have paid their guests deposits).

Please note that once the details of the pro-forma invoice are accepted you may be charged for any alterations on the day if no prior arrangements are made.
