Lavish Banquets at an Exclusive Castle

It is advisable to hold speeches at the conclusion of the meal and to try and keep them short if possible (in total speeches should last less than 15 minutes.) Guests need to be provided with a glass of champagne or wine.

Staff will serve guests with a chilled glass after dessert is cleared.

We strongly recommend that guests hold their speeches after the meal, as the Chefs need to know to the nearest minute when courses are served to maintain their excellent standards.

Traditionally the Brides father speaks first, followed by the Groom and concluded by the Best Man.

Once speeches are concluded Refreshments will be announced in the Drawing room.
