Have Your Wedding Rings Delivered By A Trained Owl

Comlongon Castle offers an unbelievable wedding experience. During your wedding ceremony a specially trained owl will swoop down and deliver your wedding rings from our own on site aviary.

This service can be either in the Great Hall, or if you wish your wedding ceremony to be held outside, on the lawns. Training will be supervised by Cumbria Falconry staff, the region's leading experts in this field.

We will organise a familiarization course with several birds whilst they provide a falconry display before the wedding.

A truly breathtaking moment to behold this will enhance your wedding ceremony with a touch of magic!

 For those who wish we can organise a full birds of prey display allowing you to handle and fly a variety of birds from the lawns in front of the castle.
